EAR-FLAP vertical wrapping

Throughout the last years EAR-FLAP has endeavoured its research to develop each of the components that integrate its wrapping machines, to the point to become a benchmark in its sector.

As the market new arising necessities impose an improvement of the stretch films' features, so the wrappers must constantly evolve to fit the most recent film specifications, designed for the protection of palletized loads. Hence, our side placed film carriage has become one of the main features of our wrappers.

Case forming

Case forming machines are automatic systems that belong to packaging lines, for carton boxes erection and the sealing or taping of their lower flaps, leaving them ready for further filling.

This machine is fitted with a folded boxes loader, from where the cartons are extracted, open, lower flaps folded and sent to the bottom taping section. Thus, the box is ready for the next line section: filling with the product.

Vacuum packaging

Vacuum packaging machine permits food preservation in a practical and easy way. Vacuum process draws air from the chamber, getting an atmosphere without oxygen. In this way food´s degradation is retarded, prolonging the shelf life of foods.
Vacuum products preservation does not alter its properties. Complementing their use with refrigeration or freezing we obtain the best solution for maximum preservation of food.

Case closing

Once the cartons are formed and filled, the next step is closing them. A carton closer is a machine that seals the upper or lower side of a filled carton using either self adhesive tape or hot melt glue.

Carton closers are versatile machines and are designed for the specific needs of the user. They are a meaningful part of the packaging line since they are the last stage before the packed product is ready for shipment or storage.

Shrink wrapping

SWL range is composed by fully automatic Wrapping machines with angular or “L” shaped sealing. Can only wrap or also shrink wrap if we add a shrinkage oven at the end.

SWM range is composed by Automatic Shrink Wrapping and Sleeve Wrapping machines. There is the possibility to install automatic grouping system, and also combine film + cardboard or cardboard tray.
