Semiautomatic, single format, case tape sealer and semiautomatic case former model P15+F
This is one of the most versatile and complete tape sealers of its kind.
It features a sturdy steel reinforced frame, fitted with top and bottom taping heads. The bottom head is embedded into a roller conveyor while a metal bridge supports the top sealing head.
The folded cartons, stacked in the machine magazine, are picked one by one by a vacuum cups plate that unfold them open and place them in the forming position. An elbow shaped arm pushes them along the machine for a quick folding of the bottom flaps, the case being now ready for bottom tape sealing and filling or just bottom sealing for a later filling.
Both taping heads are easily removable for tape reel loading as well as for cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
Cases are driven by two side belts, each one powered by its motor. Thus size change is made easy, as there is no drive gear to alter, just the two independent belts. The machine has a very low noise level.
The belts' motors are located under the machine frame, this way they are protected from wrongdoings and blows.
A well cared finish, informative labels and a clear set up and maintenance manual allow an easy start up of the machine.
