Automatic, single format, case tape sealer model P35
This is one of the most versatile and complete automatic top flap folding.tape sealers with manual size adjustment.
It features a sturdy steel reinforced frame, fitted with top and bottom taping heads. The bottom head is embedded into a roller conveyor while a metal bridge supports the top sealing head.
Both taping heads are easily removable for tape reel loading as well as for cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
Cartons are driven by two side belts, each one powered by its motor. Thus size change is made easy, as there is no drive gear to alter, just the two independent belts The machine has a very low noise level.
The belts' motors are located under the machine frame, this way they are protected from wrongdoings, blows or other problems.
A well cared finish, informative labels and a clear set up and maintenance manual allow an easy start up of the machine.
