Semiautomatic thermosealing machine or tray sealing machine to pack products in preformed trays with vacuum system and reinjection of gas.

It can pack with modified atmosphere (MAP).

Made with AISI304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum. Protection grade IP65.

The programming and distribution of functions is regulated by PLC with touch screen. Machine is equipped with automatic system that allows mold going inand out for production.

Sealing plate with protected resistance and cutting station with double effect, guillotine type.

Unrolling film device with closing electric system.

Continuous feeding of sealing film and automatic system to collect the excess of film.

Optional: elevation of trays at the end of the cycle.
