Shrink wrapping

SWL range is composed by fully automatic Wrapping machines with angular or “L” shaped sealing. Can only wrap or also shrink wrap if we add a shrinkage oven at the end.

SWM range is composed by Automatic Shrink Wrapping and Sleeve Wrapping machines. There is the possibility to install automatic grouping system, and also combine film + cardboard or cardboard tray.

“L” SEALING

SWL range is composed by automatic machines, wrapping with retractable film (POF), which allows to obtain a high quality package without folds or flaps. When the product passes through the shrinkage oven, retractable film adapts to product shape and dimensions.
With SWL Wrapping “L” shaped sealing machines supplied by EAR/FLAP, we can obtain packs without seams and with a good presentation.

SLEEVE WRAPPING
SWM range is composed by automatic machines that wrap plastic, cardboard, metal or glass packages. Depending on the chosen model, they can perform the following packages:

• only film
• cardboard + film
• cardboard tray + film

Sleeve Wrapping machines work with two flat rolls of film, cross sealed. Complete closing of the pack is not needed.
