EAR-FLAP vertical wrapping

Throughout the last years EAR-FLAP has endeavoured its research to develop each of the components that integrate its wrapping machines, to the point to become a benchmark in its sector.

As the market new arising necessities impose an improvement of the stretch films' features, so the wrappers must constantly evolve to fit the most recent film specifications, designed for the protection of palletized loads. Hence, our side placed film carriage has become one of the main features of our wrappers.

• LOAD WEIGHT: we offer several types of bases to withstand a wide range of load weights (2.000 kg, 3.000 kg and so on)
• LOAD HEIGHT: we offer customized masts for loads exceeding standard dimendions (3.000 mm, 4.000 mm and so on)
• SIDE PLACED CARRIAGE: we offer different systems of film braking (direct, mechanical, electromagnetic and pre-stretch)
• CONTROL PANEL: featuring a LCD screen and a user-friendly menu for machine operation and configuration. Including warnings and alarms
• SPECIAL APPLICATIONS: different finishes with protections for specific conditions (stainless steel, ATEX, below 0ºC, and so on)

Since products as well as requirements have specific patterns of their own, EAR FLAP studies and analyzes each installation, taking into account all existing factors, either direct or indirect, that condition the most suitable wrapper configuration.

Our automatic vertical stretch film wrappers for palletized loads embrace outputs from 10 loads/hr up to 120 loads/hr and are designed to fit both in existing lines or in new ones.
